Our cost for our packages to be ship is based on the weight of the package. We do ship with in the USA. We use UPS and USPS for our packages, when you check out you may pick your service. We also offer curb side pickup and In the store Pickup.
To return an item you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and prior to returning it. If an item is damaged, improperly advertised, lost in shipment, or improperly fulfilled Trains on Tracks. will pay for return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. If you are returning your item for any other reason return shipping may be your responsibility and a 15% re-stocking fee may be charged for items not returned in complete original condition.
